Inside Sales Specialists

Compensation:

50,000+ Annual OTE

Uncapped Monthly Commissions avg $800-$1000 per month

Weekly Cash Spiffs

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, high-performing, and hardworking individuals to join our expanding inside sales team. The ideal candidate is excited to pursue a career in sales and has done their research on what makes an outstanding salesperson. A successful Sales Specialist has exceptional communication skills, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is determined to succeed.

Sales Specialists are the “tip of the spear” of the RingPlan sales process and spend their days cold calling into business in the top 20 US markets.

Sales Specialists are measured by their number of completed demonstrations each month. Our successful team model is based on a seamless handoff of qualified leads to our Account Executive team. Success in this role is obtained by hitting and exceeding monthly goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics all in a team-focused and fun environment.

The ultimate goal in the Sales Specialist is to graduate into a full cycle sales role as an Account Executive.

Key responsibilities include reaching out to businesses with the goal of setting up a scheduled demonstration of Ringplan and its features. Daily communication through phone, LinkedIn and email are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, money motivated and dead-line driven environment

Qualifications

  • No previous sales experience necessary
  • No degree required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills with the ability to understand complex customer requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, accurately and prioritize deliverables to meet timelines
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of multiple software applications; Gmail, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel spreadsheets a must
  • Must be self-motivated with strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and self-direct work flow in a way that enables them to consistently meet strict deadlines in a moderate to fast -paced environment

Job Summary

As an Account Executive at RingPlan, you are the leader of a team. The Sales Specialist will schedule demos for you, and you are responsible for the sales process from there on. You will be performing online demonstrations, building rapport and closing new business monthly. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining a consistently performing pipeline. Each team has a monthly sales target and the Account Executive is responsible and compensated for consistently reaching that target.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably software.

• Experience meeting and exceeding quotas.

• Experience making cold calls.

• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and lead by example.

Customer Success Manager

Compensation:

Up to $81,000/yr + Annual OTE

Job Summary

RingPlan is a new cloud-based, premium business phone and communication platform backed by ZTelco, one of San Diego’s fastest growing tech companies. Our customer-first approach helps us develop UCaaS that adapts to industry needs and empowers users to seamlessly connect, create, and collaborate. We are currently seeking to add ambitious members to our Customer Success team to accelerate RingPlan’s national expansion.

Customer Success Managers at RingPlan are tasked with fostering meaningful relationships with customers that drive brand loyalty and enable expansion opportunities. Successful CSMs will develop and maintain expert product knowledge, have an aptitude for organization, and are able to identify customer needs that help bridge the gap between the Sales and Customer Service Teams. The ideal candidate will have an “ownership” mentality that takes responsibility for customer churn and is constantly developing new strategies for retention.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to manage diverse efforts; (up-selling, order inquiries, credit and billing inquiries, quoting, updating customer data)

Ability to manage inbound queue with some outbound expectations, (customer follow up, order close out, etc.)

Respond to, answer, and solve incoming inquiries via phone and ticketing system

Accurately and efficiently resolve customer queries, gather information, and document all interactions appropriately

Facilitate customer retention and customer resolution efforts as needed

Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards

Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions

Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts, notifying customers of insufficient payments

Resolves account discrepancies

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years previous experience in Customer Success or Customer Service, preferably with a SaaS company
  • CRM experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other equivalent
  • Experience in outbound and inbound lead organization
  • Strong communication skills and propensity for relationship building with key stakeholders in various types of business environments
  • “Ownership” mentality focused on completing tasks independently
